No clinical relationship or emergency service
Visiting the site, submitting an inquiry or communicating with LUX Medical does not create a physician-patient relationship. LUX Medical does not make clinical decisions through this website.
Luxmedical.co is not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for urgent or life-threatening symptoms.
Referrals and partnerships
Information for physicians, attorneys, case managers, payors and referring providers is administrative. LUX Medical does not guarantee acceptance of a patient or referral, participation by a particular practice or clinician, approval of a letter of protection, coverage or payment by a payor, a business partnership, or any clinical, financial, settlement or legal outcome.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false or sensitive patient information through the general inquiry form, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use site content unlawfully or misleadingly.

Unless otherwise noted, the LUX Medical name, branding, website text, graphics, layout, photography and original materials are owned by or licensed to LUX Medical and protected by applicable law. Personal viewing does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial reuse.
